Definitely they would have sucked much less.
These monsters you make were what originally made me check out your gallery (and now I'm stuck in! AAAA). I knew from the 1st time I saw the thumbnail that this was something Silent Hill releated. One can tell, because you seem to be able to pick the perfect color scheme and the shading looks just right.
One thing I have to say is that, of all the SH monsters you made, this one is the least Silent Hill-ish, possibly because it has so many detailed mechanical parts, while SH monsters tend to rely more on deformity and pure body horror. But I still think it'd be nice and positively horrifying, having to fight this bastard in the game. How would it attack? I'm curious.
