I never actually explored in pics much HOW Torturer actually "tortures" his victims, but I've always imagine, given that the character is a Raptor, that he drags his victims, the unfortunate loyalists that think they can purge him, to some remote place like a huge bird and then has some fun.

Then contemplates about how great it was, lol)
